Positive Life Changes is a behavioral health facility located in Jacksonville, NC and in Hookerton, NC.

Positive Life Changes provides substance abuse and mental health treatment, SAP/CDL and DWI services. We provide assessment, mental health evaluations, and other court mandated services. 

We believe every person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential in life.

Positive Life Changes works as an agent to assist individuals with developing the ability and acquiring the skills and tools to overcome barriers.
